Reimbursement after Vaccination at McKinley Health Center

4. Click “File an eClaim”
5. Click “Paperless Form Submission”
6. Select “Primary Member”, “Bank Wire Transfer or Ach Payment”, No, No
7. Put/Check Basic Information (Address/Phone Number)
8. Other Insurance: No

9. Invoiced Charges: Input Hospital Information if you haven't used

   

   Visit Details
