• Addressing: All packages MUST be addressed to the resident and their hall address.
• Same-Day/Food Delivery: Must include full name (first & last) and room number. Otherwise, you must pick it up yourself. University Housing isn't responsible for deliveries left without contact information.
• Fall Housing: Packages for students with fall housing contracts will begin being accepted on August 1.
• Notification: You will receive an email notification at your Illinois.edu address. You can also set your preference for package notification, such as a text message, by logging into MyHousing.

  • Ikenberry Commons: Student Dining and Residential Programs Building (SDRP), first floor behind the staircase. (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm, 217-300-0393)
  • Urbana Residence Halls: Your hall's service desk. (Check individual hall pages for details).
  • Daniels & Sherman Halls: Your hall's service desk. Do not ship packages before check-in. Packages will be accepted only after check-in.
  • University Housing Apartments: Secured package mailbox system. A key will be placed in your apartment mailbox. Return the key to the lock on the package box after retrieving your package.
