OMG! Did you consume your meals already at UIUC? How do you change the meal plan?

I think I'm really suited for school life. I've been eating so well that I heard my meal plan was completely used up by lunchtime today. So I started investigating what options were available for me.

In UIUC, there are four different meal plans available for Undergraduate Residence Hall Students (Required):

12 Classic Meals + 15 Dining Dollars per week

• Classic Meals: 12 swipes for all-you-care-to-eat dining halls per week; do not roll over if unused.
• Dining Dollars: Starting with $15/week; roll over unused dollars for one additional week (but capped at two weeks’ worth)

10 Classic Meals + 45 Dining Dollars per week

• Fewer swipes for dining halls, but significantly more flexibility to use at retail outlets and cafés.
• Same rollover rules apply for Dining Dollars (max two weeks’ balance) 

All Classic Meals

• Total of 42 Classic Meals per week—ideal if you're eating mostly at traditional dining halls. No Dining Dollars included. Unused meals do not roll over 

All Dining Dollars

• $275 Dining Dollars per week—optimal if you prefer flexible, à la carte dining at cafés and retail locations. Rollover applies under the same cap rule 

Dining Dollars can be spent at retail locations or to purchase additional dining hall meals; unused Dining Dollars rollover up to one week's worth (capped at double the weekly allotment)
