Selecting a Bed Configuration before you move-in at UIUC Dormitory

I wanted to set up a bed configuration before moving in and needed to investigate what to do.

To resolve my curiosity, I asked following question:

I hope you're doing well.

While reviewing the Bed Configuration options, I noticed there are two choices: Bunked Beds and Bi-Level. I would like to create open space underneath my bed to store drawers or other items. In this case, would selecting the Bi-Level option be appropriate for that setup? If so, my roommate would need to place their bed in a separate area of the room—would that be allowed under this configuration?

Also, I’d appreciate some clarification on the additional options listed:

• Ladders: If I select “2,” does that mean two ladders will be provided?
• Loft Kits: Does a higher number correspond to a higher bed elevation?
• Safe Rails: Could you explain what this includes exactly?

Unfortunately, I haven't got any answer yet - it looks like there are some restrictions, so I just asked for BI-LEVEL with no options.
