The Magic of High School Prom aka Promnade Dance

I remember my first high school prom like it was yesterday. I was so excited to attend this special event, and I spent hours preparing my outfit. I decided to wear a black jacket, black pants, a white shirt, and blue sneakers as my finishing touch.

When I arrived at the prom, there was a long line of people waiting to get in. We had to go through a security check to make sure we weren't carrying any dangerous items before we were allowed to enter the event.

Once inside, it was a wild scene. There were so many big kids packed into the room that it was hard to find a place to stand. The music was loud and everyone was dancing and having a great time.

During the dance, one of my favorite songs came on - "Oppa is Gangnam Style." I couldn't help but dance along with everyone else.

We entered the prom at 7 pm and danced nonstop for four hours. By 11 pm, we were all sweaty and exhausted, but we left with great memories.

On stage, we all danced to the music flashily, and in that moment it was Michael Jackson.

Next year, my senior prom is scheduled for around the same time. I can't wait to see what it will be like and to make even more memories with my friends.
